Lives and Works in München, Germany I was born in 1955 in Munich, (Bavaria) Germany. At the beginning, were the drawings of my earliest youth, than I graduated with a Master degree in Painting, and then passed the examination as a Certified Coating and Painting engineer. As youth I was involved in comics drawing and traditional art and craft associated with the German peasant?s life. I have also completed my training and apprenticeship with classical still life drawing and graphic under the guidance and mentoring of experienced and well-known painters and artists. As young and independent master craftsmen I have a strong interest in fine art painting to enhanced and grown over time in different styles and periods. My intentions are to express the goals of abstract expressionism, filling the canvas with shapes, colors and texture can be seen through the paint. I have also spent a few years living in Spain to familiarize myself with art and traditions. Briefly, I have realized inventions and many individual and international art exhibitions, which also were positive sustained by the television, in the establish newspaper and art magazines, as my show at the Ronald McDonald House of Munich, with large television coverage. Selected exhibitions & creative activity: 1994 -Exhibition in the upper Bavarian town of Krailling, Germany; 1995 - Exhibition in Malaga, Spain; 1986 -First prize for German Craft Workers with inventions in mine; 1984 -The award winning for Telesteps Telescopic Ladder, Gold Medals at the Nuremberg Inventions Exhibition, Silver Medals at Inventions exhibition at New York Hall of Science (NYSCI). The list of inventions and other important creative activities includes: a unique and secure tamper proof closure cap for bottles; a blind silencer; mobile stages widening; an extremely durable scaling ladder, and many more. The list of TV reports includes: Hessen Television, Bavarian Television, RTL, Star, Evening Newspaper, Do it Yourself, Nürnberger Nachrichten (update informationen & news in Politik, Craft, Sport, Culture), and many others. Overtime I have dealt with more abstraction, art as forms, colors and shapes. To create an art piece I paint in an innovative oil technique in acrylics on canvas with a spatula and ladle, occasionally with a brush - in my opinion, the brush strokes clearly visible are visually disturbing, another time the brush strokes are required. Without giving it any particular thought, i think my paintings show a certain uneasiness reflected by my inspirations, - but what is unseen is eternal. |
